Delivery
We charge for all orders that are for delivery outside of the UK Mainland or in the following postcodes: PA, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA or DD.
All orders over £75.00 are carriage free.
We charge £6.00 per 20kgs for orders under £75.00 with small orders priced individually.
We operate a standard next day delivery service for in stock items. Standard delivery is to suitable ground floor reception or stores areas. Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements – there will be an additional charge. Goods can also be collected from Advance Products Ltd, Meadow Mills , Carlton Road, Dewsbury WF13 2BA.
If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, you must tell us within 3 days of receipt or expected delivery – telephone 01924 486000.
After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage .

Cancellation
You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed in writing by our authorised representative.

Returns
If faulty goods are to be returned to us you must obtain a collection note number from our Customer Services department. The collection note number will be valid for 28 days. We will arrange for collection of the Goods, which must be available for collection in their original packaging. We cannot accept unauthorised returns which do not have a collection note number.
If you change your mind we may take goods back at our discretion if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition. There will be a handling charge of 15% of the purchase price  plus a collection charge for this service. Please contact our Customer Services department.
